Better search and filtering
ShippedOctober 10, 2026Filter by rent, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, amenities, utilities and parking, then sort the results. Your filters stay in the address bar, so you can bookmark a search or send it to someone.
Free listings for owners
ShippedOctober 10, 2026Listing an ADU is free. Add photos, set your rent and availability, hide your street address if you prefer, and hear from renters directly — no leasing office in between.
City pages
ShippedOctober 10, 2026Dedicated pages for Los Angeles, San Diego and San Jose, with the ADUs available in each. More cities are on the way.

Promoted listings
In progressOwners will be able to promote a listing so it appears at the top of relevant searches and on city pages, clearly marked as promoted.
Ownership verification
In progressA check that confirms an owner really owns the unit they are listing, shown as a badge on the listing. Renters will be able to filter for verified units only.
