Use of the Service

Find My ADU provides a platform for ADU landlords to list rental properties and for tenants to discover available ADUs. You are responsible for any content you post on our platform.

Listings

All listing information must be accurate and lawful. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or applicable law.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis.

Disclaimer

Find My ADU is not a party to any rental agreements between landlords and tenants. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.
