It’s simple! You’ll create an account, add details about your ADU (photos, pricing, amenities, etc.), and publish your listing. Renters searching for ADUs in your area will be able to find and contact you.
Of course! We have flexible plans for landlords and individuals managing multiple ADUs. If you own multiple properties, the presale is the best way to lock in a lower per-listing rate.
Absolutely. You can update pricing, photos, availability, and other details at any time.
